It is said that in a dream, ‘Friedrich August Kekulé von Stradonitz’ saw a snake eating its own tail, like in Ouroboros symbols. This dream was a symbolic representation of the molecular structure of benzene, a ring shape. On waking, he thought about the dream. At first, he did not think much of it, but it was fixed in his subconscious. Some days later, he connected the dots in his mind and found that the chemical structure is in the shape of a ring, just like the Ouroboros.
Aside from that, the Dalai Lama says that “sleep is the best meditation.” A good night’s sleep is paramount to being in touch with one’s dreams and one’s subconscious.

Having seen a FB post by Dr. Mani as below, I sent an eager response to have an article by him on my blog too 🙂
I used the word eager & you’ll see why . . .
Here’s what it contained:
Yesterday, I put the finishing touches on a guest post for my friend Akash Gautam’s blog. And remembered how much I enjoyed doing this… but then, stopped. Can’t even recall why.
Some fifteen years back, it seems I wrote more often for other blogs than my own! And reached many more readers. So now, I’m thinking of doing this again – on a 1-month trial.
If you’d like me to write an article for you (on any area I may have interest/expertise), please leave a comment below. I’d be delighted to give it a shot.
For the record, this won’t be some silly ‘click-bait’ ‘link juice’ ‘keyword-stuffed’ fluff piece. I don’t do that stuff. Expect a meaty, content-rich, very likely inspirational post – the kind I charge freelance clients $300 to $500 to create for them! (No, I’m NOT kidding… that’s my rate)
P.S. – Oh, this isn’t to solicit paid-writing projects. I’m offering to do this FOR FREE!
I was made to LOVE My Life by Dr. Mani
If you did not know, it is one of his books [repeat – just one book] that changed the whole course of my life.
He was kind enough to heed to my request & wanted me to let him know the title or theme that would best suit my target audience.
To answer this was tough in a pretty short time. I knew I had to be straight to the point.
. . . even though, I very well know who my target audience is.
Hence, I sent him a reply saying, that I would get back in 5 to 6 hrs after sleeping for a while.
I decided to let go & sleep a few hours – even though I remember falling asleep with the thought of what my request would be.
My thoughts were in line with what I’d learnt from his works the last TEN years – about building my DREAM with PASSION, PURPOSE & PERSISTENCE
I over slept by one hour & this is what I had awakened with as a reply:
The request I sent him, was to plan-out on the lines of:
If being consistent is effort & procrastination can be equated with the ‘comfort zone’, where could ‘purposeful living’ be placed around . . .
The icing in the cake is when he replied me TWICE in the morning at:
